The material used to sew our Rio sports top was made from ethically sourced, sustainable and environmentally responsible wool. The Rio sports top, thanks to the double layer of knit fabric, provides better bust support and reduces the possibility of see-through to a minimum. The excellent thermoregulatory properties of the wool, provide comfort during various sports and guarantee excellent moisture wicking. A sports top made of merino wool, will be perfect for hot days. We tested our sports collections last year, during sports activities in extreme heat, and we guarantee that moisture and sweat will not scare you! In addition, merino wool is an extremely durable material, so our Rio sports bra, will serve you during many workouts.

That's important! A feature, not a disadvantage of any knit fabric, is that it may shrink or stretch (+/- 5%) during washing, but it will return to its original dimensions after ironing.

Why merino wool and not polyester?

You're probably wondering why professional athletes train in polyester and not merino wool. It's all about the weight of the fiber. In professional sports, hundredths of seconds count. Therefore, the weight of the garment is of great importance in this case. However, if you do not care about hundredths of a second during daily physical activity - merino wool in sports is unbeatable. It perfectly wicks away moisture, does not absorb odors and, in addition, is durable and very resistant to wear and tear. Our collection, we sewed from year-round wool, so you can easily train in our clothes also in extreme heat, exceeding 35 degrees!

Remember that wool knitwear will never be as tight as polyester or polyamide. No stress, trust nature.

A 100% wool garment has the right to be looser and not support the body, and during wear its fibers may gently stretch, but they will return to their place after washing.
