The filling consists of 80% merino wool, which you already know for its breathability, warmth, and thermal comfort. The second element of the filling is 20% corn-based biopolymer fiber, made from biomass such as corn and sugar cane. This fiber is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, antibacterial, flame-resistant, and completely biodegradable in normal composting conditions.
