Our clothes are extremely precisely folded, wrapped in tissue paper and then safely packed in an eco-friendly cardboard box.

Lead time: the estimated shipping date for each product is listed on the merchandise card just below the "TO CART" button. ( doesn't apply to customized products)

COST OF DELIVERY:

Shipping time: 7-10 business days.

RETURN

Returns: at buyer's expense (14 days to return)

Buy without worry. If you want to return a clothing or shoes*, you can easily do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. *doesn't apply to made-to-measure and custom-made products.

Remember that the goods must not bear traces of use and must be sent back in the original packaging together with the proof of purchase. In the case of lingerie, an additional condition for us to accept the return of goods is that they must be returned with the original protective stickers.

You can deliver the parcel to us in the most convenient form for you - by post or courier service. However, we recommend that the return be sent by registered mail.

We would like to emphasize that our store doesn't conduct exchanges. To exchange the product, you need to return it and re-submit the order to the online store.
